Drought briefing planned at Fresno State

The Water Education Foundation and the state Department of Water Resources are hosting a briefing at Fresno State on the drought and conditions of water projects in the Central Valley.

The event is scheduled for April 26, at the Alice Peters Auditorium (PB 191) in the University Business Center at Fresno State from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The briefing is open to anyone interested in understanding how hydrology is affecting operations of the Central Valley Project and the State Water Project.

Check-in and registration open at 9:30 a.m. Anyone interested in attending the free event is asked to register online at fblinks.com/watered.
