Fresno police make arrest in motel murder
Fresno Police have arrested a man wanted in connection to a murder at a hotel west of Highway 99.
Juan Carlos Luna, 30, was arrested on April 7 around 1:30 p.m. in connection with the homicide at the Welcome Inn motel on 777 Parkway Drive on March 24.
Hector Torres, 27, was found stabbed at the motel but later died at Community Regional Medical Center.
Luna had already been identified by police, but had no leads on his whereabouts.
A second man is suspected to have taken part in the murder but has not been identified by police.
