Traffic expected for Carrie Underwood concert

Traffic is expected near the Save Mart Center for tonight’s Carrie Underwood concert.

Fresno State is advising drivers to avoid Chestnut and Woodrow avenues between 5 and 8 p.m., with congestion expected on the east side of campus. The concert starts at 7 p.m.
