Visalia police arrest 5 in massage parlor raids

Five people were arrested on March 30 after Visalia police raided four massage parlors looking for illegal activity.

Peng Shu Ying, 42, Yuxian Chen, 41, Runlan Zhao, 57, and Wei Chen, 47, were all arrested on prostitution charges, the Visalia Police Department said.

Fengdong Wang, 45, was cited for allowing unlicensed masseuses to work in her parlor, police said.

All four parlors were found to have engaged in prostitution, police said.

The parlors are:

• ABC Relaxing Station, 2225 E. Mineral King Ave.
• Sunshine Massage, 1933 W. Caldwell Ave.
• Happy Massage, 1320 W. Walnut Ave.
• Valley Serenity Massage, 1525 W. Walnut Ave. # B
