Highway 41 reduced to one lane in Madera County starting Sunday night
A section of Highway 41 will be reduced to a single lane for a construction project in Madera County starting Sunday, the California Department of Transportation said.
Highway 41 north of Road 208 will be traffic-controlled during the project, which will add passing lanes to the highway.
The closures begin Sunday and will be from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., Caltrans said. The project will be from Sunday to Friday each week until the project is completed in five months.
During construction, one-way traffic will be in effect with personnel guiding drivers.
Caltrans expects up to 15-minute delays and asks drivers to plan accordingly.
