Before and after Justin Bieber's concert at Fresno's Save Mart Center on Saturday night, the music superstar made waves on social media and in person. On Friday, he posted Instagram images of a pastoral visit to Shaver Lake. After the concert, he went to Old Town Saloon in Clovis.
