‘Princess’ stopped for driving on lawn in Fresno park
A Fresno police officer pulled over a princess driving her convertible sports car on the lawn Sunday at Roeding Park.
Officer Erik Castillo was patrolling the southwest Fresno park as part of the Easter Sunday Safe Park Operation just after 4 p.m. when he noticed 1-year-old Avery dressed in a princess outfit enjoying her ride during a family outing.
Castillo conducted a pretend traffic stop.
He issued Avery a junior motor officer sticky badge instead of a citation and wished her a happy Easter.
