Report: ‘Unicorn’ rounded up in Madera Ranchos after 3-hour chase
In a magical land known as Madera Ranchos, a unicorn lost its way. Fortunately, gallant knights, including some in a whirlybird, were able to escort the enchanted horse to safety.
That’s what happened Wednesday night in southern Madera County. Well, sort of.
According to a report by television station KMPH, a pony its owner outfits as a unicorn (with a strap-on horn) got away during a photo shoot.
Authorities were called, but it took about three hours to round up the pony, known as Juliet. At one point, a California Highway Patrol helicopter joined the search.
Juliet and her owners were reunited. And they lived happily ever after.
