Driver killed in west Fresno County collision identified

A Pixley man killed in a traffic collision Feb. 10 south of Kerman was identified by the Fresno County coroner as Martin Rodriguez, 20.

The crash occurred after Rodriguez, who was westbound on Manning Avenue in a Mustang, failed to yield at a stop sign at McMullin Grade. He crashed into a pickup truck driven by Luis Martinez Duran, 44, of Fresno, who was northbound on McMullin, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The Mustang spun and collided with a 2015 Dodge Ram driven by Andrew Garcia, 27, of Fresno.

Rodriguez died at the scene.
