What’s open, closed on holiday: Presidents Day

The following places will close Monday in observance of Presidents Day:

▪ Public schools

▪ Colleges and universities

▪ City, county, state and federal offices

▪ Courts

▪ Libraries

▪ Financial institutions

▪ Clovis Transit

▪ Kings Area Rural Transit

▪ Post offices and mail delivery

▪ Hanford waste collection (Monday collected Tuesday, Tuesday collected Wednesday, Wednesday collected Thursday and Thursday collected Friday)

The following places will operate Monday:

▪ Fresno, Clovis, Visalia, Madera and Tulare waste collections

▪ Fresno Area Express (weekend service)

▪ Visalia City Transit (weekend service)

▪ Porterville Colt (9 a.m.-5 p.m.)

▪ Tulare City Transit (6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.)
