The body of the 27-year-old man found in a pond drainage area Tuesday in northwest Fresno has been identified, the Fresno County Coroner’s Office said.

The Fresno County Sheriff Office’s dive team discovered Christopher Lynn, of Fresno, around 3 p.m. Tuesday by Cornelia and Roberts avenues west of Figarden Drive.

Police are investigating Lynn’s death as suspicious. An autopsy was performed, but a cause of death is pending as officials await toxicology results.
