Tickets available for Winter Trout Derby at Plaza Park Pond in Visalia on Saturday
Tickets are still available for the Winter Trout Derby from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday at the Plaza Park Pond in Visalia. Registration fees can be paid online or at the Anthony Community Center, 345 N. Jacob Street, in Visalia. Registration is $5 in advance, $7 on the day of the event.
For tickets, visit www.liveandplayvisalia.com. Click online registration and then type in code 11622 for children ages 3-7 or 11623 for children ages 8-15.
The top three people with the heaviest fish will win prizes. Raffle prizes include tackle boxes, fishing poles and more.
Participants will need to bring their own fishing poles, bait and tackle.
