Valley Children’s Hospital recognized for asthma, fetal care

The Joint Commission has named Valley Children’s Hospital a top performer for its asthma care.

The recognition was based on 2014 data. The hospital achieved 95% or above on several accountability measures.

The American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine also recently renewed the accreditation of Valley Children’s Maternal Fetal Center. Accreditation signifies that the hospital has met certain standards.

The Maternal Fetal Center at Valley Children’s Hospital has a team of board-certified surgeons and pediatric specialists who provide care before and during pregnancy and after delivery.
