Fresno County offers flu shot clinics for National Influenza Vaccination Week
The Fresno County Department of Public Health is offering two influenza shot clinics for National Influenza Vaccination Week.
Flu shots will be available 9 a.m. to noon Saturday and 3-6 p.m. Tuesday at the health department at 1221 Fulton Mall.
The cost of the flu vaccination is $6. The county accepts Medi-Cal for children and Medicare Part B. No one will be refused a shot for inability to pay.
The federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends an annual flu shot for everyone 6 months of age and older.
