Fresno police seek public’s help to locate missing person

The Fresno Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing person.

Rodney Kemp, 59, last spoke with his daughter on Nov. 17. She has since tried to contact Kemp on his cell phone, but it goes to voicemail.

The Fresno County Sheriff’s Department found Kemp’s vehicle near Shaver Lake on Nov 18.

Kemp has liver and lung issues. He requires the use of an oxygen tank, which was found in the vehicle.

Fresno police are urging anyone with information on Kemp’s whereabouts to contact them at 559-621-7000.
