Missing Selma man found
A man with medical issues who walked away from his Selma assisted-living center Saturday morning was found around 5 p.m.
Fresno County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Jose Salinas said Joseph Martinez, 66, walked off sometime before 9:30 a.m. Staff members from his assisted-living home in the 2000 block of East Linden Avenue searched the surrounding area but were unable to find him.
Salinas said Martinez has walked away from the home before.
The search was called off when Martinez was found, Salinas said. He was not hurt.
