An overnight storm system brought a spattering of rain across the Valley on Monday night and early Tuesday morning, dropping .14 of an inch in Fresno and blanketing Yosemite with a dusting of snow.

Yosemite valley received three to six inches of snowfall, with Tioga Pass getting nearly a foot at higher elevations.

The northerly system brought higher rain totals to areas like Los Banos, which received as much as .67 of an inch.

The highs for this week will be in the low to mid 60s, heating up slightly for the weekend, with the lows in the mid 40s in the evening, with early morning fog conditions.

A new storm system is forecast to hit Fresno late Sunday to early Monday.
