Emergency road closure on Riggin Avenue in Visalia

Due to unforeseen trench failures during construction, an emergency road closure has been put into effect on Riggin Avenue between Divisadero Street and Giddings Street until Nov. 13, the city of Visalia reports.

The road will be closed 24 hours a day for the duration of the closure, but residential access will be permitted. Traffic will continue to be detoured to Ferguson Avenue via Mooney Boulevard and Giddings Street.
