Kevin Hart to cause traffic congestion at Save Mart Center
A comedy performance by Kevin Hart will cause higher than normal traffic at the Save Mart Center on Wednesday, Fresno State said.
Heavy traffic is expected between 5 and 7:30 p.m. for the performance that starts at 7 p.m.
Attendees should arrive early to find parking, Fresno State said.
