Body found beneath Visalia overcrossing

Visalia police are investigating a body that was found Monday afternoon beneath the Mooney Boulevard overcrossing at Packwood Creek.

City code personnel were conducting routine checks of the area about 2 p.m. when they found the body, police said.

The dead person has not been identified and the death is under investigation.
