The Spouses and Partners of Wildland Firefighters will be hosting a “Dine to Donate” night at Texas Roadhouse on Sept. 14 in honor of injured and fallen firefighters.

In order to donate, diners must show a flyer which can be downloaded at https://www.facebook.com/events/1465045597153381/

Ten percent of all proceeds will benefit the Wild Land Firefighter Foundation. Texas Roadhouse is located at 3190 W Shaw Ave. in Fresno and will be open from 4-7 p.m.

Tiffany Swarts, whose husband is a Forest Service firefighter, said that Texas Roadhouse restaurant’s across the nation have already participated in the fund-raising effort, and that their support has been both appreciated and needed.
