The project was blocked last summer by an environmental lawsuit filed by the Herndon-Riverside Coalition for Responsible Planning and Development. The city revised its environmental analysis to address Judge Jonathan Skiles’ concerns about an outdated pollution-reduction plan and zoning justifications for the 47,000-square-foot distribution space.
