Three drivers injured in crash near Fresno’s Figarden Loop, police say
A multi-vehicle crash near Figarden Loop in northwestern Fresno sent all three drivers to the hospital.
The crash was called in around 3 p.m. Friday at Herndon and Brawley avenues.
Fresno police Sgt. Diana Trueba Vega said the crash was caused when a Honda SUV traveling east on Herndon Avenue ran a red light.
The Honda crashed into two cars — a Jeep and a plumbing van — that had a green light and were traveling north on Brawley Avenue.
Trueba Vega said all three drivers were taken to the hospital. One driver was pinned and had moderate injuries, officers said.
