The collision occurred at 12:19 p.m. at Shaw Avenue near Valentine Avenue.

Fresno police Sgt. Diana Trueba Vega said the bus was picking up passengers on Shaw Avenue, just west of Valentine, when the crash happened. The impact caused a Lexus to spin into a clockwise position, facing east, before colliding with another vehicle in the No. 1 lane.

The bus driver along with a man and a woman who were boarding the bus at the time were taken to the hospital with minor injuries, Trueba Vega said.

The drivers of the other two vehicles received treatment at the scene.

The roadway was closed for at least two hours before officers cleared the collision.
