Orientation to be held in Visalia for prospective foster parents
Tulare County Foster Care Licensing will hold an orientation for prospective foster parents.
The orientation will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Tulare County Foster Care Licensing office, 26500 S. Mooney Blvd., Visalia.
Prospective foster parents must attend an orientation meeting and must be at least 18 years old.
