Tyson will donate chicken to Community Food Bank in Fresno

Tyson foods will be donating a truckload of chicken to the Community Food Bank at 10 a.m. Tuesday in an effort to combat hunger in the Central Valley.

The food bank, located at 3403 E. Central Ave. in Fresno, serves those with food insecurity in the bank’s five-county area.

Congressman Jim Costa will recognize the Community Food Bank, which last year distributed more than 36 million pounds of food to 280,000 people.
