Behavioral health manager | Permanent, full-time
Department: Behavioral Health
Salary: $143,546 to $183,222 per year
The behavioral health manager reports to a deputy director and has supervisory and management responsibilities over medical teams comprising nursing and support staff.
Duties include supervising psychiatric medical team staff at one or more community behavioral health sites, as well as organizing and evaluating the overall day-to-day nursing activities in consultation with the department’s executive management.
The behavioral health manager also interprets, develops and implements program policies and procedures in collaboration with executive management.

Clinical supervisor | Permanent, full-time
Department: Behavioral Health
Salary: $109,772 to $140,114 per year
The clinical supervisor reports to a division manager and has administrative, clinical supervisory and leadership responsibilities over clinical and non-clinical services and staff.
Duties include supervising staff in one or more behavioral health programs, consulting with management staff regarding program goals, activities, policies, and procedures as required.
The clinical supervisor also communicates and interprets program goals, policies and procedures to staff, community agencies, clients, families and the public.

Deputy auditor-controller | Permanent, full-time
Department: Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector’s Office
Salary: $143,546 to $183,222 per year
Under administrative direction, the deputy auditor-controller assists the auditor-controller/treasurer-tax collector in planning, directing and managing the activities and staff of the county Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector’s Office.
This includes developing and recommending administrative policies and procedures that provide orderly, efficient and cost-effective department operations as well as consulting with county departments and other agencies on fiscal matters.

Forensic pathologist | At will
Department: Sheriff’s Office
Salary: $362,674 to $462,852 per year
The forensic pathologist conducts a daily briefing of the deaths reported to the Fresno County Coroner’s Office.
The forensic pathologist also conducts autopsies and draws bodily fluids to determine cause of death and manner of death, and interprets toxicology and laboratory results.
Other duties include providing oversight and guidance to deputy coroners in an investigation.
The forensic pathologist must be prepared to present medical findings in a court of law.

Human resources technician I | Permanent, full-time
Department: Human Resources
Salary: $40,248 to $51,350 per year
The human resources technician is responsible for assisting in the delivery, development, and maintenance of Fresno County’s human resources system.
The human resources technician reviews and enters a variety of human resources transactions into the county’s human resources databases.
Duties may also include assisting human resources professional staff in providing essential human resources services.
The human resources technician also assists employees and department staff with questions regarding human resources procedures and technical information related to human resources transactions, benefits, salary resolution and personnel rule application.

Real property program manager | Permanent, full-time
Department: General Services
Salary: $101,998 to $130,156 per year
The real property program manager is responsible for planning and directing the acquisition, disposition, appraisal and lease of real property.
The program manager is also responsible for reading, analyzing and interpreting applicable codes, ordinances, laws, and legislation.
Other duties include maintaining accurate records of leased and owned real estate, including lease expiration and annual rent adjustments.
