Rappelling adventure to support Girl Scouts of Central California
Fresno residents are invited to support the Girl Scouts of Central California by joining a rappelling adventure.
Fresno firefighters and Fresno City Council members will join individuals to rappel down the Pacific Southwest Building and raise money for local Girl Scouts.
Individuals can sign up at OTEgirls.org to raise funds for the repelling adventure, which will take place on Sept. 19 from 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Some of the members who have already raised money include Fresno City Council Member Esmeralda Soria and Fresno County Sheriff's Lt. Kathy Curtice.
