Delivery truck crash causes $13,000 in damage at Visalia carport

A delivery truck crashed into a Visalia carport Saturday, causing $13,000 in damage as it collapsed onto three vehicles.

Visalia Fire Department found a lightweight, covered carport resting atop three cars. The delivery truck driver was uninjured and the vehicles were unoccupied at the time of the incident.

Two tow trucks helped elevate the carport and removed the vehicles. Three fire units responded with seven personnel.
