Madera County lane closures loom for Highway 99 bridge work

Potential lane closures will be in effect along Highway 99 corridor in Madera County as part of a bridge enhancement project until mid-October, Caltrans announced Wednesday.

A contractor began work painting bridge overcrossings on Monday.

The schedule for any potential closures is Monday to Thursday evenings from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. and Sunday 10 p.m. until 6 a.m.
