Motorcyclist hit by driver making left turn in Fresno. One of them ended up in the hospital
A man in his 60s was rushed to a local hospital following a crash in Fresno involving a motorcycle.
At 4:32 p.m., Fresno police received a call of a collision between a vehicle and a motorcycle at the intersection of West and Emerson avenues in northwest Fresno, Lt. Leslie Williams said.
Williams said a woman driving a vehicle northbound on West Avenue collided into the motorcycle while trying to make a left turn.
The motorcycle, driven by the man in his 60s, was traveling southbound on West.
He received treatment at the hospital and is in stable condition, Williams said.
The woman driver was not injured.
Police said neither driver appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.
The intersection of West and Emerson might remain closed for a couple of hours.
