CHP: Driver of performance car killed in high speed crash on Millerton Road
UPDATE: The driver killed on Millerton Road was identified by the Fresno County Coroner’s Office as Michael Robles, 25, of Prather.
ORIGINAL STORY: The driver of a high-performance car was killed Wednesday evening near Millerton Lake in a solo-vehicle crash, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The crash happened about 5:45 p.m. on Millerton Road just west of the junction with Highway 168 when the Dodge Challenger slammed into a tree, said CHP spokesman Mike Salas.
