A big rig truck broke down on Highway 99 as it headed north in Fresno County on Thursday, causing a traffic jam, Caltrans said.
The truck was in the northbound lanes passing through a construction zone near Second Street in Selma when it stalled out about 7 a.m., Caltrans said in a tweet.
It was not immediately clear how long traffic would be affected.
