Soquel Ditch Bridge in Madera County is being replaced

A detour is in place for the Soquel Ditch Bridge on Sky Ranch Road in Madera County so that the bridge can be replaced, the USDA Forest Service said.

The detour is much narrower than the hard surface, double lane Sky Ranch Road, but it is easily passable by passenger cars and recreational vehicles, the USDA Forest Service said. The new bridge is expected to be opened by Oct. 1.
