Earthquake rattles the central Valley on Sunday near Mariposa. Did you feel it?

Seismic waves of earthquake

An earthquake registering 3.4 on the Richter Scale rattled the northern portion of the central San Joaquin Valley on Sunday afternoon.

The quake, which was reportedly centered 12 miles from Mariposa, struck about 2:51 p.m, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
