Update: Missing Coarsegold mother and son found safe, sheriff’s office says
UPDATE: Ashley Teuton and her 6-year-old son, Dylan Lucas, were located and were safe, the Madera County Sheriff’s Office reported Thursday.
“This was determined to be a voluntary missing adult situation,” the sheriff’s office reported. “We thank the public for their attention and widespread sharing of information to assist in this case.”
ORIGINAL STORY: The Madera County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday made an appeal for help to find a mother and her young son who have been missing since Christmas Eve.
The sheriff’s office said Ashley Rose Teuton, 35, and her 6-year-old son Dylan Lucas left their Coarsegold home around 4 p.m. to drive to Manchester Mall in Fresno, and have not been heard from since contacting family members two hours later.
Their most recent location is believed to be Fresno.
Teuton is 5-feet, 4-inches tall and 130 pounds with auburn hair. She was driving a blue 2016 Nissan Sentra with California license plate 8DCV044.
Dylan is 4-feet tall and 70 pounds with brown hear, and gray eyes.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the two should contact the sheriff’s office at 559-675-7770. If the two are seen in person, authorities request a call to 911.
