Fundraiser for healing garden in Fresno to help cancer patients
People are invited to purchase and paint tiles on Wednesday to be used in a developing three-acre “Art of Life Healing Garden” in Fresno’s Woodward Park, aimed at supporting cancer patients and their families.
The fundraiser will be held from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Color Me Mine, 230 E. Paseo Del Centro Ave., in River Park. Tile vouchers can be purchased online through eventbrite.com. For those who can’t paint on Wednesday, the vouchers can brought into Color Me Mine at any time.
Tiles range in size from six inches to 12 inches across and cost from $100 to $400.
