Vehicle hits Fresno home

Medical problems may have caused a driver to crash into a house shortly before 7 a.m. Thursday in the 500 block of West Weldon Avenue in central Fresno, the Fresno Police Department said.

The 64-year-old driver accidentally drove onto a sidewalk, across two yards, and into the side of the home.

The driver may have suffered from cardiac arrest before the crash, police said. CPR was administered to the driver at the scene, and the car sustained minimal damage.
