This Fresno on-ramp to Highway 99 closed for emergency repair. Here’s when it’ll reopen

The on-ramp to enter Highway 99 at Ashlan Avenue in Fresno was shut down Wednesday for an emergency repair, according to the California Department of Transportation.

The on-ramp is expected to be closed until 3 p.m., Caltrans said.
