Woman killed in central Fresno crash identified. Officers think it was a hit-and-run
A woman who was killed in a possible hit-and-run crash in central Fresno on Monday has been identified by the Fresno County Coroner’s Office.
Fresno resident Taylor Logan, 28, was identified as the woman killed in the collision at Ashlan Avenue between Maroa and College avenues.
According to police, at around 4:15 a.m. officers received reports of a crash in the area. Officers arrived and found Logan at the crash scene.
Officers attempted life-saving measures, but Logan was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said they believe she was involved in a crash with vehicle that left the scene.
The car that left the area would have had substantial damage, but no description was immediately available Monday, police said.
