About 3,000 without power in central Fresno
About 3,000 PG&E customers were without power early Friday in central Fresno, but the energy company said workers were on the job to get the lights back on.
The outage impacted customers roughly from Millbrook to Chestnut avenues and Tulare to Belmont avenues.
Other smaller outages were also reported in the metropolitan area as the area experienced the first rain shower of the season.
