Man struck and killed by several vehicles in southeast Fresno identified

A man was struck and killed after getting hit by several vehicles Monday night in southeast Fresno.
He was identified Tuesday by the Fresno County Coroner’s Office as Calvin Yarbor, 43, of Fresno.
Police said they received several calls to check the welfare of a person who was “possibly high on an unknown substance” and “rolling around in the roadway” at Ventura Avenue and Fourth Street around 9:30 p.m.
Police received more calls about vehicles striking the man.
Yarbor died at the scene.
All of the drivers remained and provided statements. They will not face any charges, Lt. Anthony Dewall said.
