House fire leaves one injured, $45,000 in damages
A house-fire left one resident injured and over $45,000 in damages at the 1400 block of 9 1/4 Avenue in Hanford Tuesday.
Hanford and Kings County Fire units responded at 9:44 p.m. to flames coming from a single-story residence. The fire was under control within 30 minutes.
One resident who tried to extinguish the flames was burned on the lower extremities and was hospitalized.
The cause was ruled accidental.
