Overturned propane truck on Highway 198 stalls traffic

Traffic on Highway 198 near Ben Maddox Way in Visalia was at a standstill Friday morning as emergency crews worked to clear an overturned propane tanker truck.

A hazmat team is on the scene to investigate a possible propane leak, which was reported by an officer at the scene, according to the Visalia Times-Delta.
