The following places will be closed or not operate Monday in observance of Christmas:

▪  Cities of Fresno, Clovis, Porterville, Tulare, Visalia, Hanford and Madera

▪  County and federal offices

▪  Courts

▪  County of Fresno

▪  Porterville libraries (closed Sunday-Monday)

▪  Kings County Library (closed through Jan. 1)

▪  Madera County libraries

▪  Tulare Public Library

▪  U.S. Postal Service

▪  Financial institutions

▪  Fresno, Visalia, Madera, Tulare waste collection

▪  Clovis Transit

▪  Fresno Area Express (weekend schedule on Sunday)

▪  Kings Area Rural Transit (Saturday service on Sunday)

▪  Madera Dial-A-Ride

▪  Porterville Colt

▪  Tulare Intermodal Express (8:15 a.m.-6:15 p.m. Sunday)

▪  Visalia Transit (8 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Sunday)

The following will operate Monday:

▪  Clovis waste collection
