This developer needed a personal assistant. He found her on a reality TV show.
Former professional baseball player-turned-Fresno real estate developer Terance Frazier is stepping into the world of reality television.
Frazier and his company, TFS Investments, will be on “The Job Interview” at 7 p.m. Wednesday interviewing candidates to be his personal assistant. Frazier needs someone to handle his chaotic schedule, the trailer said.
The show, which airs on CNBC, captures the stress and humor of real-life interviews between employers and candidates. The employers hire one, or choose not to hire, at the end of the show.
In Wednesday’s episode, Frazier is joined by his chief operating officer, Chris Foxen, to question five candidates about their job experiences and goals. The pair also give the candidates tests to see how well they can schedule Frazier’s day and answer phone calls.
Frazier started his real estate investment firm 23 years ago after his baseball career ended. He helped revive Granite Park, the city’s controversial sports park in east-central Fresno, and is working on several projects to turn the South Stadium portion of downtown into a housing and entertainment district.
