Man found dead in the yard of a vacant central Fresno home. What happened?
Fresno police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found in a central Fresno yard on Saturday.
Police said they received a call just before 5 p.m. about a possible deceased man in the yard of a vacant home on the 300 block of North Delno Avenue, south of Fresno Chaffee Zoo and just east of Highway 99.
Police said they believe the man is Hispanic, in his 40s and had been dead at the yard for “some time.” Investigators were seeking to determine if it was a natural death, accident or homicide.
