Man unconscious after accident at Shaw Avenue ramp to Highway 99

A man was unconscious after a vehicle accident at the Shaw Avenue northbound on-ramp to Highway 99, according to information from the CHP.

The accident, involving two vehicles, was reported at 7:18 a.m. Thursday.

Fresno police closed the on-ramp.
