Woman is hit while crossing a street in downtown Fresno
A woman was injured when she was struck by a vehicle in a downtown Fresno crosswalk on Tuesday morning.
Fresno police Lt. Mark Hudson said the woman was hit at Fresno and O streets around 9:30 a.m. The vehicle that struck her was turning left onto Fresno Street from southbound O Street.
The woman was transported to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno for a complaint of pain to her feet, legs and back, Hudson said. No one was arrested on Tuesday morning and the police report was being finished.
