Did you buy a Powerball ticket in Kerman? You might have won $1 million
A Powerball ticket sold in Kerman matched five of the six winning numbers and is worth more than $1 million, the California Lottery announced.
No one has yet claimed the lucky ticket, which successfully matched the numbers 69-54-49-30-66, missing only the red Powerball number 8.
The store that sold the winning ticket is the Highway 145 Market at 1048 N. Madera Ave. The market will collect about $5,000 for selling the winning ticket. The bonus isn’t deducted from the winner’s prize.
Winners are encouraged to sign the back of their ticket in ink, keep it in a safe place where they’ll remember and familiarize themselves with the lottery’s winner’s handbook.
If you have the winning ticket, visit a Lottery District Office during normal business hours as soon as possible. The nearest location to Kerman is in Fresno at 750 W. Pinedale Ave.
